Payments

Payments are taken (through Stripe) in Euros. You can pay with your credit card or by PayPal. Your credit card details are not stored.

Shipping

​

I am currently only shipping to EU countries through this website. However if you are outside of the EU please do contact me by mail and I would be more than happy to give you a quote to send a painting internationally.

Overseas shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. Thank you for your understanding.

Dispatch time

Most orders will be shipped from France within 5 business days. In some cases it might take a little longer. I will contact you by email to inform you then. The delivery time depends on the destination. If the work is shipped outside EU, additional time will be needed for custom clearance.

Shipping costs

​

Standard shipping costs for all paperworks (send rolled in a box) and canvas paintings until 40 x 40 cm (16 x 16 “) to EU countries are included.

Please note : Shipping costs may varying significantly, especially on air freight. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than estimated I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.

If your country is not listed at the checkout or if you would like an express shipment, please send us an email with your request as extra costs may apply. Shipping costs for artworks larger than 40cm x 40cm (16“ x 16”) need to be quoted individually – please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched.

Returns

​

I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a return option. If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 7 days after delivery to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely and undamaged returned I will refund your payment within 14 days, minus shipping costs.

Please note that if the artwork returns damaged or if it is not returned for any reason, you will not get a refund.

I am sorry, but at this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the EU.

Damaged Artwork

​

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph.
